Together We Can Make Change
As a Nonprofit, we rely strictly on fundraising and the generosity of compassionate individuals as well as organizations to continue our accomplishments. Our hopes are to acquire the funding needed so we can get our programs up and running in the underserved communities of East Palo Alto and Menlo Park, with greater hopes to expand throughout the world.
AMOR Y VIDA “LOVE AND LIFE”
A mother, father, baby bonding program designed to help parents bond with baby, access resources, obtain education on infant/toddler development.
A WORLD OF TOMORROW
A program designated for students in grades K-8 to build on their experience as writers and illustrators to not only plan, but publish their work.
SUMMER SLIDE
A 6 week tutoring program for students in grades K-8, to help decrease backsliding during summer break, provide a socio-emotional environment that fosters success, and extra-curricular activities.
JOB CREATORS OF THE FUTURE
A program designated for students in grades 9-12 to learn the art of accessing jobs, to think of new career pathways, gain skills in marketing and branding for entrepreneurial work.
SANKOFA “GO BACK AND GET IT”
A program for persons re-entering the community who are on juvenile probation, probation and parolees, providing them with relevant resources to learn the art of accessing jobs, to think of new career pathways, gain skills in marketing and branding for entrepreneurial work.
OHANA “FAMILY”
A program designated for Senior Citizens, providing them with relevant resources to help children learn nurturing skills that support their parents/elders and give them a healthy future outlook and an increased appreciation of their parents/elders.
